Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lune Active purchase! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

 

Return Window

 

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange your items.

 

 

Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

  • Items must be purchased directly from www.luneactive.com

  • Sale items sold at 50% (and more) are final sale  (no returns, exchanges, or credit can be applicable)

Returns that don’t meet these criteria won’t be accepted.

 

 

How to Return

 

Start your return through our Return Portal.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

 

Return Fees

 

  • A €9 return fee applies to each return

  • Return and original shipping costs are not covered by Lune Active

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.

 

 

Exchanges

 

Free exchanges are available for full-price items (subject to availability). Initiate through our Returns Portal.

 

 

Duties & Taxes

 

Duties and taxes on non-EU orders are non-refundable. For possible reimbursement, please contact your local customs office.

 

 

Gift Cards/Store credits


Gift Cards are sent by email and are an online voucher redeemable on www.luneactive.com only. Gift cards and store credits don't have an end date. Gift cards are available at gift cards from €25 to €200.

Please note: gift cards or store credits cannot be refunded.

 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email customercare@luneactive.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue.

Note:

  • We only accept returns of faulty items purchased from our website

  • Items bought through retailers must be returned to the store where purchased
